Revolution in the field of Information Technology has altered all the spheres of life in many ways and even has taken over all the fields. The use of Information Technology has led to Devastation more than benefits.
At the outset, the adverse effects of remaining glued to these informative gadgets can be witnessed in many realms of life. One of the most worrying cons of it is, physical activities have remained lesser as most of the work is completed using appliances, be they are of kitchen or workplace. The reduction in movement of body parts results in some Grave diseases from which some may become critical and claim the lives of people. People are no more interested in performing outdoor activities such as walking playing sports. They remained engaged in Indoor activities that are carried out using smart devices. Surfing the internet is one of the most liked hobbies, for instance.
Exploring further, relationships of humans are also suffered a lot. Devices were invented to make communication possible even at long distances; however, due to these advances, the physical meeting has taken a backseat which makes their connections weaker.
