For instance, people who are employed in the IT sector spend an average of 8 to 10 hours at the office to complete urgent projects. Thus, they feel exhausted and stressed, and they neither have time nor energy for exercise after working for such a long time.
On the other hand, being healthy is crucial for every human being because the more healthy people are, the more productive they can be. So, every person needs to do some work or some exercise in order to keep themselves fit. Even having a hectic schedule at work, people should take the necessary steps to incorporate any kind of exercise in daily routine. During break hours in the office, they can climb the stairs or can go for a short walk. For example, people should avoid using cars for a distance of a few kilometres as they should walk or cycle to their destinations. It has also proven that a five-kilometre walk daily is all the exercise that is required to keep one healthy and fit.
