You are very disturbed by the noise coming from a restaurant opened nearby recently. Write a letter to the restaurant manager and say

- What should the management do about it?
- Describe what you will do if the problem is not resolved.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the noise coming from your newly opened food outlet, which is very annoying for my family.
I am working in a call centre and mostly need to do twelve hours of duty every day. So I am doing the night shift, and when in the morning I come to my house to take rest and sleep in the morning, I find out there is huge noise coming from your restaurant that didn’t let me sleep the whole day. Not only this, but my kids also face difficulty in their study as their exam started by next month. It’s us, but the people who are staying next to us also complaining about the same.
I believe you are a professional and would understand my concern. Please try to find ways to reduce the noise level. I would suggest you put on some curtains and try to keep the back gate of your restaurant close at a maximum time so that it will reduce the sound and you need to brief your staff about it. And I think you must pass this information to each and every member of your team.
I would really appreciate it if you co-operate on this matter and do something to bring peace in your neighbourhood. Otherwise, I need to talk to the owner of the restaurant about this problem. Looking forward to hearing from you.
