 Dear Sam,

I am writing this letter to express my deep sadness regarding the hot water problem which I have been facing since last month in one of your rented apartments.

I am Anjali Sharma, a student of XYZ English Language School in Brighton, staying with two of my other friends in Ridgewood Estate, block E, 7th floor flat no 701. We took this flat on rent a few months ago, everything was perfect when we moved here, but we are facing hot water issues from last month, despite complaining to the maintenance dept. Of the building, it’s not fixed yet. Yes, they sent a few technicians last week, but they could not do anything. The problem still persists. I hope you understand how important it is to get hot water in winter here. We are facing a lot of problems on a daily basis related to household work. Also, we are not able to maintain our personal hygiene as it’s not possible to take a bath with iced cold water.

However, I request you to send some experienced technicians as soon as possible who can solve this problem for us. I fail to do so we will see vacant the flat and you also need to return our full deposited amount as agreed before as per our contract.

I am waiting for your response.

Thank you
