The problem is increasing in weight in many people was always debatable and now has become more controversial with many people it is hazardous while others reject the notion. The substantial impact of this trend has sparked controversy over the potential impact in recent years. There is some myriad of reasons which will further explain this agreement, but the most predominant reason is that many people consume the food which contains fat and sugar more, compared to healthy food such as salad or soup or fruits. Another reason is that life is busy, the schedule is hectic, due to the increase in globalization, it leads to a sedimentary lifestyle. For example, teenagers are suffering from obesity due to eating fast food daily from recent research in America.
Steps to deal with this problem are many, but the most significant one is to change their mode of transportation by walking, and regular exercise ( cycling) can help to maintain body and can keep it fit for a longer time. Also, one should check in their daily consumption of food such as high protein, low cholesterol etc. For instance, one of my friends who had gained weight has tried to maintain his health by regular exercise and cycling.
