Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the problems I faced on my recent flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi.
Let me explain it to you in more detail. I have booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi with Go Airways. The flight was scheduled on 23 rd March, Saturday at 4:30 in the morning.
Before booking the flight, I had already confirmed with the airlines that a 7 kg weight is allowed for a cabin bag, but at the time of check-in, they said only 5 kg is allowed and asked for extra money for 2 kg, which I paid that time. Another issue was that I had already done web check-in and booked myself a window seat, but at the time of check-in, they said that a window seat was not available, and they gave me another non-window seat. I am greatly disappointed with these issues.
I would like to request you to refund my money which I had paid for the 7 kg cabin bag which was allowed, but they still charged extra. And I would also like you to compensate for the inconvenience which I faced with my seat arrangement.
I am hoping for prompt action regarding my issues.
