Some countries are considering imposing curfews in which teenagers will not be allowed outdoors at night unless accompanied by an adult. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this policy?
With the increasing influence of social media on youngsters, there is a growing trend of going out at night. While some countries have imposed curfews on such trends, I largely agree with this argument and will forth my views in upcoming fragments.
To begin with, due to the significant impact of celebrities, youngsters try to copy their lifestyle. Teenagers, to store in public social media platforms, visit clubs restaurants at night. This is usually thought of as a negative behaviour of the children as a teenage is not the right age to go alone at night. The adolescent could indulge themselves in bad company. They could drink, smoke and inculcate bad qualities in them. Therefore, parents’ supervision is necessary, or parents should not allow their child to such places at night. Also, it is a good step taken by the country’s government.
Furthermore, allowing the Teenagers to visit such places could affect their studies and the child’s overall performance. Also, the economic loss to the parents. Visiting such sites requires mammoth amounts of money. This money could be saved for future use. Youngsters should save money for themselves in the teenage itself. So that in future they could become independent.
In conclusion, teenage is one such age in which any children could spoil or make the future. I believe that sending out at night especially should be discouraged. Further, if a child wishes to go out, adults could accompany them. Teenagers should know what is right and what is wrong.
