Question 1 How many hours do you sleep every day.

Answer – Usually I sleep 6 to 7 hours a day, but it even depends on the work hours occupied with if I’m really occupied with some other work I will sleep not more than 5 to six hours like say 5 hours

Question 2 Is it necessary to take a nap every day

Answer – I would suggest it I would suggest everyone take a power nap at least a power nap every day after 15 minutes because it will help us to recover from all the stress we had before, and it will even help us to focus more on the activity that we do

Question 3 Do older people sleep a lot? Why

Answer – as per my notice I have seen older people sleeping a lot the first thing I could say about this is there won’t be much work for them to do in their regular like daily life and on the other end the immune system like the immune system in them when compared to us is really low, so even that might be the factor there will be easily sleeping and for a long time

Question 4 What time do you usually go to bed?

Answer – I usually go to bed at 12:00 o’clock, and there are even days that I sleep at 3:00 or 4 o’clock such as last night I was really excited about today’s exam, and I couldn’t have a proper sleep

Question 5 Do you always have a good sleep?

Answer – I hope I add but unfortunately no because many factors affect me like first I could say is the weather conditions and the other one, on the other hand, it is mosquitoes they won’t allow me to have a good sleep and that is what disturbs me every day
