In some countries, the average weight of people is increasing and their levels of health and fitness are decreasing. What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them?
There has been a worrying trend the eating pattern of the individual has drastically changed as compared to the past decades and the majority of people get struggling with their health issues to live sedentary lifestyles. However, this can be ascribed to several reasons, and it must be addressed by definite actions to explicate at length in the upcoming paragraphs to come.
The primary reason is that the consumption of low-quality meals brings a negative impact on the body, which leads and impairment of health and abnormal functioning in the human body. To put in other words, individuals utilize high calories and low nutrition. These food are rich in harmful substances such as fat, salt, and sugar, which people take in a massive amount of quantity without performing any sort of physical activities. For instance, those people engage in their workplace, and they do not have time for cooking because it takes more time compared to the junk food, so without health advisory, they eat this toxic food in their daily routine. As a result, they would suffer from drastic health consequences such as obesity and heart and kidney-related diseases, which are unable to cure easily. To add, these practices eventually decrease the life circle of the people.
Several strong measures must be implemented to tackle the sensitive issue. The first solution is that individual needs to put their intention towards a healthy lifestyle and spend their quality time enhancing and improving their eating habits. In other words, government plays a significant role in emulating the infrastructure of the health department and educating the country about bad meals or not being compatible with the human body. The second feasible solution is that regime needs to construct a health fitness centre and make some policies to maintain the fitness level among the residents. To illustrate, citizens should add the habit of exercise and eat healthy food twice a day along with one seasonal fruit needed to maintain their fitness level without any hurdles.
