Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that my student identification card has been lost somewhere. I am facing a lot of problems due to it.
I have been pursuing post-graduation in literature planning bibliophile attitude, I daily visit the library. It is 10 kms away from my home. Yesterday, I went by bus; otherwise, I usually go on my motorbike. I think it might have fallen from my pocket on the bus.
The loss of this card is immense to me, as I am unable to visit the library and cannot read there. Moreover, in the foreseeable future, I am going to appear in exams and the pity is I have no material to read. So my whole work suffers due to it.
I would be extremely thankful to you if you provide me a new card by considering the loss that I would have to bear. I am ready to pay the fee for issuing me a new ID card.
