In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might be this the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?
The human race has three essential requirements for living alive water, food and shelter. Around the world, several places are their people prefer ranted house over their own house. I think it has more advantages as compared to drawbacks.
There are several reasons behind it that indicate that why people choose to live in rented homes. Firstly, layman selects their house by job or their vocation, renting a house is the best option for that because around city centre it is hard to get own house. Secondly, several organizations, as well as a host of countries bureaucrats, provide rental expenses to their employees or government employees. Thus the influence of living in rented homes is high in some countries. Finally, people get autonomy from an instance, and another house equipment cost, rent insurance charge is on the householder. For instance, in developed countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia etc., their housing prices are too high; however, renting is not expensive from an economic point of view.
I believe that this situation carries more advantages than drawbacks. An employee can prefer their home nearly to the workplace, which is beneficial in terms of time as well as economically. In addition, Buying an own home and living there does not perfectly match for every mankind; it requires currency in good quantity; renting a home provide flexibility in money.
In conclusion, it is seen that people live in a rented home rather than own house in a number of countries. Primarily, because of their professional life and comfortable managing monthly expenses, they prefer a rented house. I think this is positive, and it doesn’t require the bulk of money and provide economic benefits.
