Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inquire about a jacket I left behind after a movie screening at your cinema. I was there on Saturday, the 2nd of April, for the 7 PM screening of the movie “The Matrix.”
I am a regular patron of your cinema and have always enjoyed my experience at your facility. However, on this occasion, I accidentally left my jacket behind in the theatre. The jacket is a black, leather jacket with a zippered front and two pockets on the sides. It is a classic design, with a slim fit and a warm lining. I had also left my phone in one of the pockets of the jacket.
I was seated in Screen 2, Row C, Seat 15. I remember distinctly placing the jacket on the seat next to me during the movie, but I must have forgotten to pick it up on my way out of the theatre. I understand that it was my responsibility to keep my belongings with me, and I regret the inconvenience caused to your staff.
