This practice can act as an incentive for some but may also have a negative impact on others. To what extent is this style of management effective? Are there better ways of encouraging employees to work hard?


The contribution of awards is a prominent key factor in the workplace to maintain sustainability among the staff members. It gives a tremendous variety of options and performs like an additional bonus and also gets an increment in their wages, but in a few conditions, this practice brings negative impact on another sort of employees. However, I will discuss the factor of the effectiveness of management and address alternatives to encouraging employment with struggle.

To begin with, the fact that could not be denied and increase the employer remarkably reliable salaries in addition to promotion to the highest achievable workers. Furthermore, despite the hike in wages, few companies tend to give promotions instead of higher packages in salaries which include nominal benefits, and most workers like this initiative, since they get sort of amenities like transportation apartments along with promotion. To illustrate, in India majority of railway employees give an option between promotion and salary increment, so they have voted on promotion rather than additional monthly bonuses, which promotion includes their expenditures and sort of facilities which they are likely to use in their day to day life.
