You have recently applied for a course at a college and have been accepted. However, you cannot join the course due to some reasons. Write a letter to the Principal of the college. In your letter,
- Which course have you applied for?
- Why can you not join the course?
- Ask about the possibility of the course in the future.
Dear Principal,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have recently been accepted into the Bsc-it program at ABCDE College. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I will not be able to join the program at this time.
The reason I am unable to join the course is due to a health issue. I was very excited about the opportunity to attend ABCDE Collage and further my education in Bsc-it. It is with great regret that I have to withdraw my acceptance to the program.
I was wondering if there is a possibility of me being able to join the program in the future. If so, I would like to know the process and requirements for reapplying. I am very eager to continue my education and hope to join the program later.
Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your efforts in providing quality education to students. I look forward to your response, and I hope to have the opportunity to join the program in the future.
Sincerely,
