The diagram illustrates the procedure for manufacturing paper bales and paper rolls through the clean pulp. The whole process is mainly divided into two sub-operation. Firstly, the activity of clean pulp as a raw material for papers and how paper rolls and paper bales are achieved from the clean pump by various activities.

Initially, from natural trees, smooth circular logs are developed & to be ready for the chipping process. After that, logs are going to chip & put into the digester along with some outside purchased chips. At the digester, the container chips are mixed properly, and finally, we get the pulp. This pulp has some impurities which washers have cleaned, and also it needs to be witnessed through a pulp screen so, at the final stage, clean pulp originated for the next process.

On further scrutiny, from clean pulp, there are five to six small operations to get a rough paper for boxes and refined paper for printing uses. In the beginning, for final output for paper bales clean pulp need to be set in former than after it put into the dryer where air moisture will remove than after processed pulp need to insert in pulp reels and after that as per the requirement of size pulp cut by pull cutter, and finally we get paper bales. On the other side, making paper rolls started from pulp cleaner where pulp again cleaned before submitting into dryers. The next process is pulp & paper processing, where from the conveyor belt pulp has been circulated and subsequent to that paper again dry and at the end, we get paper rolls.
