People Who Cause Their Own Illnesses Through Unhealthy Lifestyles and Poor Diets

People who cause their own illnesses through unhealthy lifestyles and poor diets should have to pay more for health care. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Health is an imperative asset of one’s life, and people really need to care about it. Our lifestyle and eating habit plays a critical role in our health, and they should not be ignored. However, people who do not pay more attention to this aspect will finally land into trouble by having some diseases.

I believe that every person should invest in a good insurance policy to cover these unforeseen events; however, people who are not able to control their lifestyle and eating habits should infuse more money into insurance policies to cover any unpredictable future events.

Health care facilities have become too expensive nowadays that having an insurance policy is an indispensable requirement of every human being. However, selecting an insurance policy also requires the study of one’s lifestyle and eating habits. People who are not paying attention to their lifestyle are more prone to get diseases and hence should invest in higher coverage insurance. Although this will require more money to pay in monthly premiums, this will cover most of the expenses when there is a need for medical treatment.

Most of the diseases are lifestyle dependent, such as diabetes, which happens due to a sedentary lifestyle. An increase in weight due to eating habits also increase the chances of getting diseases. Hence people should improve their lifestyle and eating habits; or otherwise, I strongly recommend them to invest in the high coverage insurance policy or other medicare products to avoid any financial setback in future.
