sample answer:
What was it? and When did you buy it?
I am passionate about buying different things from wherever I went on holiday. In fact, I have bought many items from multiple tourist places which I kept in my home. Among all of them, one of my most favorite items which I bought from Rajasthan is a wooden basket.
– From where did you buy it?
Last year, I went to Jaipur in order to enjoy quality time with family members. After spending three days in Jaipur, the last day we decided to shop from a street market which is popular and unique in that region. We started shopping since morning and completed till evening buying lots of stuff including clothes, cosmetics, and some artificial flowers.
– What was it like?
Among all of them, one of my favorite items is a wooden basket which I bought from one of the traditional shops. This wooden basket is made of eco-friendly materials such as bamboo sticks, banana leaves, and some tree roots. It is long-lasting up to 5 years and this wooden basket is useful for multi-purposes. It is handmade embroidering with vibrant color on top of this basket and a large round safe handle to carry. It can lift up the weight up to 3 kilograms and the bottom is made of strong wooden sticks. Apart from, the pattern and size that make this basket more adorable as it is round in shape and quite handy to carry.
– Why do you think it was special?
I would say it is multi-purpose because while in my home, my wife keeps fruits and vegetables in this. The basket is special for me because it is a symbolic pride of Rajasthani culture and it was also a memory of those days which I spent with my family while being on holiday. I would say that it is one of the most memorable items which I have at my home and would like to praise.
