Sample Answer of Describe a Habit Your Friend Has and You Want to Develop.

When it comes to habits, they can be bad or positive ones, but today I am going to talk about a positive habit that one of my friends has. SO, my friend Lorna is a mother of two beautiful girls who works as a teacher at a local primary school. Lorna has developed a ritual of making sure she takes a 2km jog every morning before she goes to work, and sometimes she even exceeds that by a kilometer or two over the weekend.

I got to know about this when l visited her one summer holiday; at first, l was really struggling to finish one kilometer, but with regular practice that we maintained over the course of the holiday, l became a star. To me, it has become more of a ritual, and l have been calling my friend to map a way forward so that we can encourage the women in our communities to join this healthy lifestyle; I think l have really benefited from this; I lost an incredible 8kgsand I have managed to maintain my blood pressure at a normal since l started. If we are to introduce the women in our community to join this initiative, it will bring healthy living to many who are suffering from chronic illnesses like high blood pressure and obesity.
