There are a plethora Of persons in my nation as well as foreigners whom I admire for many reasons, and I have a keen interest in their personalities. Some have a golden heart, while others are drop-dead gorgeous. Some have acting skills, while others have proficient dancers. Here I would like to about an interesting person who is not from my country.
He is Johnny dip. Johnny is a proficient actor in Hollywood film and renowned due to his most interesting comedy acting. He has performed in total four sequels of the movie called “Pirates of Caribbean” after these blockbuster movies and performance of Johnny in these films made him very famous worldwide. In these all movie he has in the leading role and his name is “Captain Jack Sparrow” who is a pirate and always search gold and finding it he is going on different adventures place along with his ship and interesting team.
The first part of the movie was released in the 2000 year, and after watching this movie, I came to know about Jhonny Dip. I have also searched on the internet about Johnny and found that he has achieved many awards in his career. Apart from this, Johnny is also a producer and musician, which make me very interesting in him. Actually, Johnny wanted to become a businessman, but due to his uncle advice, he tried his hand in acting, and today he is the highest-paid actor in the American television industry.
He has sacrificed a lot in his life, and due to hard and dedication, he is now entered of the most ten interesting celebrities in the world. Owing to his fashion sense, he is always in discussion for many people globally. If I have every chance to meet this foreign guy, I miss not the boat.

Answer – Any foreign friend of yours is always a key source to explore to know where he lives. For instance, I am a Supply Chain Engineer, and I have to deal with import materials, so I have many friends in Foreign like the USA, EUROPE and China with whom I frequently interact. While communicating with them, I can learn about their countries work culture, laws, procedures and many other things.
Question 2:- Do you think it’s important to know the culture and language before going to another country?
Answer – As per my opinion, it is an essential requirement to know culture and language before entering any country as these both are the key requirement for our survival in this country. Even though we have in-depth analytic & technical skills but if we have not known to translate in a foreign language, then it is difficult to understand these skills by foreigners; hence they are must requirements.
Question 3:- What do you think of people who work in international companies?
Answer – People who associate with a foreign company who develop in their nation can follow the culture of those companies; at the same hand, international companies also need to account for local people values. A better example of this illustration is I am working in a Chinese company so in our company whatever the leaders instruct we need to follow the same while they are also encouraging our hard work and ability.

Answer – While working with any international company, people require multifarious skills such as communication, cross-functional cultures, collaboration, emotional intelligence and many other things—the main ability required to know their language and culture values.
