My name is Arpita Madaan, and I am from Haryana. I hired your car last week for a trip from Haryana to Punjab. My registration number is MK90990. I am writing this letter to inform you of that car which I was rented, Unfortunately, met with a minor accident.
While I was crossing the Haryana-Punjab border, then one of a sudden, the roadways bus driver was overtaking our car, and he was fully drunk. I had stopped my car at the red light, and the bus driver hit the left side mirror damaging it completely.
I informed the police immediately and filed a rash driving complaint against him. He agrees to pay a huge amount for repairing the car. I also talked to the insurance company for the claim of this accident, and they allowed me to come to their place for fixing.
