Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report the loss of my suitcase during my recent flight with your airline. I travelled on Flight No. ABC123 from London to New York on 10th February 2023, and my suitcase, which I checked in at the airport, has yet to be located.
My suitcase is a medium-sized, black Samsonite with four wheels and a telescopic handle. It also has a TSA-approved lock for security. Inside the suitcase, I had some essential items, including my laptop, a few books, and some clothing items, as well as some sentimental items such as family photos and gifts.
I have tried to contact your customer service department several times, but I am still waiting to receive information about the status of my lost suitcase. Also, I am deeply disappointed and concerned about this situation, as the items in my suitcase are crucial for my personal and professional life.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the search for my suitcase and any compensation that may be available for the inconvenience caused. And I understand that such incidents can occur, but it is essential that your airline takes responsibility for the lost baggage and compensates passengers appropriately.
Please let me know what steps you will take to resolve this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
