You Recently Went on a Business Trip and Stayed in a Hotel

You recently went on a business trip and stayed in a hotel. Upon your return home, you realized you left some things at the hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager, stating:
– The details of your stay
– The items you left behind
– What do you want the manager to do.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I had stayed back in your motel for a week for the business trip last week. It was around a period of six to seven days I had to attend several delegates and meetings, so I was there to represent my company. Meanwhile, I missed a sheet of documents in my rented room.

Yesterday, I reached my home, and I was rummaging for the documents in every corner of my home, but I was clueless and didn’t find anything. Then I realized that I left them behind in the hotel. I am actually worried about my important documents, which contain spreads sheets and all the meticulous details of clients.

I would request you to please send it through the standard delivery process to my place as soon as possible because I need to create a proper report on this and submit it to my office. My address and details were already given while I was checked in.

Hoping for prompt action in this matter!

Yours faithfully,
