You Had Gone to Study in Another Country. But you had to come back to your country without finishing the course.

Write to your teacher. In your letter:

  • Thank him/her
  • Tell him/her why you had to leave
  • Tell the things you liked about the course

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for your guidance and support during my time at your esteemed institution. Unfortunately, I had to leave the course in the middle of the semester due to some unforeseen circumstances.

I am really thankful for the knowledge that I was able to gain from you and your colleagues during the time I spent there. The lessons and lectures were very helpful, and I learned a lot. The dedication and enthusiasm with which you conducted your classes were really admirable and inspiring.

However, I had to leave the course as my father had been diagnosed with a serious medical condition, and I had to be back home to take care of him. I was left with no choice but to leave the course incomplete. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you and the rest of the faculty.

Despite leaving the course, I would like to express that I really enjoyed the course, and your classes were some of the highlights of my time there. The way you conducted the classes was very interactive and engaging, and it helped me to learn and retain the knowledge more effectively. Your approach to teaching made the classes enjoyable, and I was always looking forward to attending them.

Once again, thank you for the knowledge and skills that you imparted during my time at your institution. I hope that I will have the opportunity to complete the course in the future and that I will have the privilege of being your student once again.

Sincerely,
Nikita Srinivas
