The given bar graph illustrates changes in per km cost for purchasing clothes by the European Union from the six Nations: namely Argentina, Brazil, Japan, China, India and Bangladesh during 1993 and 2003.

In 1993, the highest price of it was in Argentina nearly 28 Pounds, whereas in Bangladesh it was only about 2.5 Pounds, which is the lowest among all countries but, in 2003, however, these areas showed an opposite trend as the cost decreased slightly in former Nation while during the same time period an increase followed by the later at 22 pounds and 6 pounds respectively.

The rate for import paper represented a marginal decline from 15 pounds to 13 Pounds (1993-2003). But the two countries: India and China, however, followed an upward trend such as prices per km grew from 10 to 16 in China as well as from 7 to 12 in India.

Overall, in Argentina and Japan, the cost of buying clothes went down, and the rest showed a rise except Brazil where the cost was the same over the given time Spain.
