Some People Think This Has Bad Effects on Lifestyle and Diet

Fast food is a part of life in some places. Some people think this has bad effects on lifestyle and diet. Do you agree or disagree?

In this millennial era, many in developed and developing countries consumes junk food on a daily basis. Whilst many opine that it is taking a toll not only on the lifestyle but also on a diet, affecting badly but others are paradoxical about it. Though fast food has become an inevitable part of our livelihood, I strongly advocate that it has deadly effects on human life.

The first and foremost aspect to point out in the above context is, Fast Food such as Burgers, Pizza, Sugary Shakes, Cakes, etcetera has a high content of edible vegetable oils, white flour and sugar, which are, undeniably, hard to digest and not only accumulates fats, however, also increases cholesterol levels resulting to heart issues and obesity. To cite an example, as per many surveys on the population of USA, it has been stated that due to drastic rise of junk food intake there is an exponential increase in the obesity and health issues, particularly amongst children. Therefore, detrimental consequences can be seen, which leads to low activity, a sedentary lifestyle and a shorter lifespan.

Is street food a bane and can not be a boon? Nevertheless, just like a coin has two sides similarly it helps many survive in this world. To embark on, all the family members are working nowadays and has no time to cook, thus leaving with an option to eat readymade cuisine. For instance, in multinational companies and corporate buildings, food courts of affluent vendors such as Mc Donalds, Burger King, and Dominos can be easily found. Moreover, a big chunk of society, including students, employees, middle class and lower-class families, are dependent on food readily available on the streets despite knowing that it could lead to health threats.

To recapitulate, fast food undoubtedly plays a pivotal role in the lifestyle and yet escalates life threats among all ages. Although there are significant benefits of fast food, still the side effects can not be denied.
