Some People Think That Putting High Taxes on Industries Is the Best Solution (1)

Some people think that putting high taxes on industries is the best solution to reduce pollution, while others think there are other better ways to achieve it. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

Nowadays, pollution in our environment drastically increasing day by day. Few denizens believe that gaining more taxes on industries can resolve the pollution, whereas others believe that there are more ways to reduce the pollution irrespective of taxes. In this essay, I intend to delve into both sides along with the opinion.

Firstly, the most prominent solution to decline pollution is by introducing more taxes on pollution based industries. This can also be the one cause of this problem as there are a plethora of industries that are harmful to the masses. For instance, recently, Vizag steel plant industry gas leakage caused more deaths, and they did not care about the citizens. I believe that putting some more taxes on industries can also help to reduce more pollution to some extent.

On the other hand, there are numerous ways to reduce pollution. Like, declining fuel-based vehicles and introducing battery-operated vehicles completely. As it was our utmost priority to take care of the next generation as well as our environment. The government introduces many laws to save the environment from pollution but not coming into reality. For instance, in the capital city of India, recently, because of pollution, the entire city suffered a lot. The other way to reduce pollution is to plant more trees in our neighbourhood.

To recapitulate, the best way to deal with this solution is to save our environment and health by declining the overuse of vehicles and planting more trees. Taxes on the industries can also help to some extent but not completely.
