Some people think that air travel should be reduced to protect the environment. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include relevant examples from your knowledge or experience.
Many believe that to save the environment, the frequency of flights should be decreased. I’m afraid I have to disagree with this statement. My inclination is explained further in the ensuing paragraphs.
The foremost reason for my denial is this is not the best solution to lower the problem of pollution. Also, we can not reduce flight frequency as many flights are connected with each other. To add to that this is the most convenient way of transport. As we can reach very easily with less time. Many individuals are in a rush to reach one place to another in minimum time. Although this is the only way by which they can be at another place easily.
On the contrary, if there is actually a need to protect the environment is, there than there must be some strict rules regarding many other things. Like minimum use of plastic material, not permitting for DJ system, etc. They are promoting the usage of bicycles as well as two-wheelers which work with electricityâimposing a high tax on production house due to which pollution arises. By all this, all also environmental problems can be resolved.
To sum up, with it can be said that there are many ways to reduce the environmental issues. Only decreasing the number of flights is not the best solution. There are many things after which can be lookout.
