Nowadays, the differences between countries are becoming less evident because people follow the same media. Do the advantage of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?
Past few decades, due to globalization, humanity has been closed to each other than before without care of soil boundaries. Some people feel that following media is one of the reasons for no difference between countries. I agree with the notion and believe that it has more positive impact than disadvantages.
To embarking with, there are numerous reasons behind it that indicate this is positive advancement. First and foremost, travelling. Through the media, travelling has been increased, which is benefits for the hosted nation economically and their citizen by sales of handicrafts items and others. Secondly, business becomes easier and worldwide. In other words, if we look at Starbucks company, it spread business in more than 50 countries, and the myriad of purchasers agree that the taste of items is the same among all global branches.
On the other hand, less difference also carries drawbacks. Owing to this, several countries mother or native languages are on the edge of vanishing while some come as global like English, Spanish, Chinese. Furthermore, language represents the culture and, because of no country boundaries, also has threats of ethnicity. Moreover, due to this development, rapid growth was seen in sightseers, especially foreigners, and it spread pollution such as throwing plastic bottles.
To encapsulate, some people believe that usage of media and entertainment medium forge less difference between countries. I believe that due to it human race are more closely than before, travelling and business became easy; however, some community ethics has vanished.
