Question 1:- Does your name have any special meaning?

Answer – In Indian culture, the names are given based on the position of planets or by the birthdate or the time. Everyone in our country has a name that has its meaning. Similarly, I have mine too. In Hindu scriptures, Nidhi is the treasure constituted of nine treasures belonging to Kuberas, God of wealth.

Question 2:- Is your surname very common in India?

Answer – Statistically speaking, you will not find my last name common in any state, but I am sure it is famous in Gujarat, where I belong.

Question 3:- Do you like your name?

Answer – Yes, I love my name because firstly it is very small and it cannot be miss pronounced in any way. Secondly, my mom told me it was given by my father, so it greater importance.

Question 4:- Would you like to change your name?

Answer – My name is special to me, so I wouldn’t like to change my name. It has possessed great significance to me as it was given by my father, as I said earlier, and for the sake of modernism, I would never ever take a chance to have a name instead of this.

Question 5:- Do people in India ever change their names?Q

Answer – Most of the cases they do, for instance, in the Maharashtrian community, after marrying someone, girls have to change their name as well as username. I am afraid I don’t know the reason behind it. But apart from this some also change name because they don’t like it. It’s up to their interest.

Question 6:- What name do people at home (your family members) call you?

Answer – At home, my parents and sister call me by my first name as it is a very short word that contains only 5 of the alphabet. It’s not necessary to shorten the name further.

Question 7:- How do children celebrate birthdays in your country?

Answer – Children are more fascinated by birthday cakes, balloons, games, and gifts. So in my country, they usually celebrate with their family either by having dinner, in some restaurant or at home, decorating the house with balloons and cutting cake with friends and family.

Question 8:- How did you celebrate your last birthday?

Answer – I went for dinner in the evening with my parents and some close relatives. Also, by cutting the cake which by my friend with lots of wishes.

Question 9:- What kinds of birthday gifts do you like to receive?

Answer – I like all sorts of presents as far as it from friends and family. In fact, on my last birthday, I got a nice watch which was gifted by my parents, and my sister gave me beautiful earrings which I had been looking for a long time to buy. She surprised me by gifting it.

Question 10:- Is there a difference between the way you celebrated your birthday in the past and the present?

Answer – When I was a kid, I was very excited about my birthday as that day we to the school and distributed chocolates to friends and teachers. After that, we also celebrate intuition and home too. As compared to now, I mostly prefer to have dinner with my family and friend.
