Question 1:- Do you like fruits and vegetables? OR Do you like to eat fruit(s) and vegetables?

Answer – Oh yes… I’m really into having fruits and vegetables, especially more water-based fruits.

Question 2:- How often do you eat fruits and vegetables? OR Do you often eat fruit(s) and vegetables?

Answer – It’s rather frequently madam, and I always put my maximum effort to consume more veggies and fruits into my diet because of its abundance of essential nutrients and minerals.

Question 3:- Why do you think fruits and vegetables are important for us?

Answer – Well, it’s an interesting question, madam, as we know that fruits and vegetables are a great source of vitamins and minerals which are really mandatory for involuntary body actions. Moreover, they are excellent roots of dietary fibres that can help to maintain a healthy gut and food absorption. By and large, it helps to maintain good health and protect us from various diseases.

Question 4:- What kind of fruit do you prefer?

Answer – Well, as I said earlier, I really would like to consume water-based fruits, for instance, watermelon, which is absolutely a rich source of water and ripe mangoes. Most of the time, I like to consume it in the form of juice because it’s easier to have.

Answer – Yes absolutely, since my childhood, I really liked to consume watermelon and mangoes, but now the mode of consumption has changed. Most of the time, I crush the fruits in a mixing jar and make it as a paste. But in the past, I was really into biting the piece of watermelon and spitting the seeds outdoor it’s more of like a play with my brother. Talking about vegetables, I changed my perception of them during my childhood. I really like to have leafy vegetables like spinach, parsley, mint leaves, but now I try to have almost every vegetable which is available.

Question 7:- What fruit and vegetables did you like to eat when you were a child?

Answer – As I said earlier, I am really into having watermelon and mangoes.

Question 8:- Is it easy (or convenient) to buy fruit and vegetables where you live?

Answer – Yes, of course, I’m living near the national highway, and there are plenty of supermarkets and vegetable shops available. Moreover, we have a farm in the outskirts of my city, from where my father harvest almost all veggies and for the fruits we purchase directly from the vendors.

Question 9:- Do you think people should eat more fruits and vegetables?

Answer – Absolutely, people should consume a diet rich in vegetables and fruits which shield people from almost lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Moreover, most vegetables and fruits are a great source of vitamins and minerals which help for voluntary and involuntary body movement.

Question 10:- How much fruit and vegetables do you think a person needs to stay healthy?

Answer – Well, I believe the person should consume different three colours of fruits like mango, grapes and orange. People can try various combinations, but they must include at least three fruits then add more veggies, especially leafy vegetables which contain an abundance of vitamins and dietary fibres. Apart from that, Nuts, especially almond and pumpkin seeds, can also have as snacks.
