Doctors recommend that older people exercise regularly, however, not many of them have an exercise routine. Why do you think it is happening? How can people be encouraged to exercise regularly?


Nowadays, it is seen that doctors pieces of advising aged one to do some physical activities, but there are very few people who do this. There are many reasons for this, and there are some solutions to this problem. Both of them are discussed further in the ensuing paragraphs.

To begin with, the foremost reason for this problem is awareness. In the past, there was not any appreciation for this kind of activity. No one was used to doing any kind of physical activity like exercise or yoga. Moreover, day to day activities was that much hard that they did not need to do exercise. So if we force them to do this activity, they will deny it. Their body is set that they can do any difficult task, but they want to be able to perform this action.

To boost their energy to do this, youngsters can take the initiative. For example, there can be some events organised by young people by that they can be motivated. To add to that government can arrange some activities. Also, at home, their children can create a game that can make them exercise. They can share the benefits of doing this.

All in all, it can be said that to force aged people to do exercise is the tuff task to perform as they are very sticky towards few things. So to encourage them, there can be small arrangements by house members or the government.
